United States Ball Corp. has extensive capabilities in Spherical Lapping and Spherical Grinding. We lap your industrial metal balls, partial spheres and spherical seats. We have equipment to preform your on-line leak tests, and to inspect the roundness and surface finish of spherical surfaces. Our ball manufacturing capabilities allow us to construct gaging as required to meet your specific need and circumstances.

We offer our services and our expertise in order finish your parts. We are able to take your machined part and hold typical tolerances of .0001" and a 4 micro inch finish or for extremely critical application we are able to hold tolerances below .000005" and 1 micro inch surface finish. We are able to maintain traceability throughout the process.

Many times parts are failing due to poor geometry are inferior tolerances. We are able to remedy this thru our proprietary processes.

Our capabilities cover both ID and OD Spherical grinding and spherical lapping.
